Patricia Meyer was first introduced to Bowen Theory through Bud Andres while working at Fairfax County Juvenile Court in northern Virginia. In hearing the theory, Pat remembers thinking, “oh my goodness, this is so solid; this makes so much sense.” She goes on to discuss meeting Dr. Bowen and the tremendous impact Bowen theory has had on her career and the families she serves over the last forty years. Throughout this interview she recalls stories Dr. Bowen used to tell and observations from watching Dr. Bowen connect and relate to clients.
